You are not required to be home or at the job site dumpster location for delivery, instead you can leave specific instructions for our driver on where you'd like the dumpster to be placed and when we should pick up. We can also pick up or haul your trash away when you need us and you do not need to be home.

Yes! We maintain insurance and this is a great questions to ask of any dumpster or trailer service you are considering. If there was a claim on your property or worksite, an uninsured company could pose a great financial risk to you.

Yes! We are a FL registered company and have local permits. Some municipalities require a haulers permit and some charge additional taxes. Haulers that are not permitted may charge you a lower fee, however, those haulers are working illegally and that could be a financial risk for you. Unlicensed haulers typically do not hold insurance either, be very careful to work with only legitimate haulers with the appropriate licensing & insurance.

We do offer same day drop & pick service if you schedule in advance with us. We'll want to coordinate with your HOA for delivery & pick up restrictions as well as times we are allowed to work in your community. Please try to coordinate details with us at least 48 hours in advance.

While we strive to offer same-day dumpster rentals whenever possible, we do offer a next-day guarantee when you order during business hours Monday through Friday.

Whenever possible, if you order before 8:00 am on a business day, we will do everything we can to deliver the dumpster the same day.

We typically place dumpsters on driveways or hard surfaces. Our trucks are heavy, and driving off the driveway can create damage such as edge of driveway cracks and damage to sod, sod, landscaping, subsurface equipment, sprinklers, piping, drains, septic, or tiles.
